66AK2E02 - Power/Package/Interfaces

Customer is designing with the 66AK2E02 device.

1.      What would be the power if we limited the 1GBE to 100 and/or did not use, and limited DDR controller to 16 bit wide?
        - Is the 66AK2E02 power lower than the OMAP5432?

2.      Is OTG on the USB ports?  Couldn't find

3.      Package looks like it's 27x27 - What is the pitch?  Assuming between .65 and .8mm.  Can you confirm?

4.     I didn’t see any type of flash drive support other than PCIe and USB (looks like the boot loader would prefer the PCIe).  Can you confirm?

    1. We only have power estimates at this time. Until we complete our power characterization I can't make any comparisons between the 66AK2E02 and the OMAP5423.

    2. The 66AK2E02 supports host and device for both USB2.0 and USB3.0 but will only support OTG for USB2.0.  

    3. The pitch of the balls is 0.8mm.

    4. Are you asking about software support?
