NOR flash RY/BY signal and EMA_WAIT(0) - does this need to be connected ?

Dear All.

We are using a NOR flash from Micron (M29W256G) which has a #RY/BY (ready busy) output -

We are planning to boot from this Flash.

Used the guidelines from TI on how to connect a NOR flash to an OMAP as per

http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Connecting_NOR_Flash_to_OMAP-L138

which does not mention the EMA_WAIT,

Micron say that they will indicate Busy when erasing etc,

Should we connect the EMA_WAIT to RY/BY ? Is it essential or can we get by without it.

Any thoughts ?
