USB EHCI suspend/resume port issue

Hi,

I am working on OMAP4470 based device and using kernel 3.0.31.
In this device modem is connected to OMAP by USB EHCI, we are facing issues while suspend resume, below are the details.
I request you to please help us to solve this issues.
1. Used kernel 3.0.31 + JB file system
2. OMAP4470 and modem is connected to OMAP by USB EHCI.
3. In kernel we are using serial generic driver.
4. I have implemented suspend/resume functions in usb serial generic driver.
5. Wake up event is enabled on data0 pin of USB port.
6. Normal suspend resume works fine but when device is in suspend state and call comes sometimes ports gets disconnects.
We are getting log "ehci-omap ehci-omap.0: resume root hub after power loss"

Below logs  displayed after that.
