About C6614

Hi,

I want to load Linux to C6614.

I follow SC-MCSDK User Guide page 19 to page 21 but I can not read serial port data.

Have I lost everything on my step?

I use this website CCS and SC-MCSDK.

  • Since there is no C6614 device, I am assuming you are referring to a TCI66xx device. The TCI devices are not supported on the forum, but through direct support through an FAE. Please contact your FAE, or your sales representative to determine who that FAE might be.

    Regards,

    Rahul

  • Hi Rahul,

    Thanks for you reply.

Could you tell me SC-MCSDK User Guide page 21 Scripting Consol Command?

I think have 3 command line.

  • There is no C6614, there's a TCI6614.   TCI66xx devices are not supported on the E2E forum, but instead are supported directly through your local Field Applications Engineer (FAE.)  If you do not know who your local FAE is, then you can contact your local technical sales representative and they will be able to put you in contact with your local FAE.

    Best Regards,
    Chad

  • Hi Chad,

    Thanks for your reply.

I already ask our FAE but I still don't receive any response.

Have anyone know why state stop "Starting kernel ..." ?

  • If you're not getting a response from your local FAE, then you'll want to contact your local field sales.  That said, anyone using a TCI66xx device should have immediate direct support through their local FAEs.  These devices are limited to vertical customers.
