CCS3.0 to CCS5.3 Code Migration Problem

Hello

I tried to connect my DM642 device to Code Composer Studio 5.3. Earlier I was using Code Composer Studio 3.0. CCSv3.0 using .cdb file and CCSv5.3 supports .tcf configuration file. I had converted the file using cdb2tcf.exe utility and add the resulted .tcf file to the project in CCSv5.3. After building the project I got the following type of errors in *cfg.s62 file.

"LOG_Obj mode error"

[E0000], [E0200], [E0003] and similar type of more errors.

How these errors be resolved and I be able to build my project successfully ?
