hub 2-0:1.0: over-current change on port 1

On our  carrier board hosting a DM8168 based module we have USB1 connected to the USB pins of a miniPCIe connector. The miniPCIe connector spec only uses the D+ and D- lines from a processor. In this configuration the USB "port" is powered by the main power pins on the mini pcie connector. As such, we have VBUS and DRV not connected for USB1.

Is there a way to tell the driver that the USB port is self powered and to ignore the VBUS signal?
