Hello.
After boot, I checked conf_<module>_<pin> register.
I think terminal settings are different from datasheet.
In the datasheet Table 2-7(sprs717f: P42-43):
On our checking:
RTC_PORZ=0x00000030 .. Pullup is enabled.
ENZ_KALDO_1P8V=0x00000020 .. Pulldown is enabled.
Could you check them?
If they are mistakes of datasheet, can you update datasheet?

Sorry, my expression was bad.
I inserted H/W breakpoint on beginning of RBL(0x00020000).
It is after reset and before boot.
In this state, the pulls have been set.
How do you think about this?

Thank you so much for your support.
I received local FAE support from TI Japan.
CCS Debug view indicated the secure state during POR assert.
It means that actually AM335x will start from secure state first.
And after that, it will jump to beginning of RBL(0x20000).
We concluded that after boot is different from reset release (you said).
