DM8168 DSP Rpe process call failed

Hi,

In our project, we use dsp to decode the received audio data from the Internet(the formate is aac),but Sometimes appear the following error

AUDIO: DEC -> AUDIO: Rpe process call failed, status: 1

I want to known what it mean, and what will cause this erro.

Its difficult to tell without debugging on why this error occurs.

1. You can check the error code instead of returning immediately after Rpe_process() in rpe_audio.c

2. You can further add debug statements in xdm_server.c inside ti_tools/rpe to check the failure.
