Hi Tsvetolin Shulev,

Thanks for the technical docs link. I am afraid, this will be of little use.

I am thermal analyst, i will findout the junciton and case temperatures from the analysis.

Thermal Model comprises of actual physical construction details like 'encapsulent, die, solder balls, etc'. ICEPAK is the simulaiton software with which it can be modeled.

I hope, TI is going to have the database where for every processor the thermal models are available using either ICEPAK or FLoTHERM CFD softwares.

It will be really helpful, if you can provide me the model.
