Failure to connect to AM/DM3730

Hello,

I created a Hello project for AM/DM 3730, but when I try to debug it I'm getting this error.

C64XP_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -1178 @ 0x6D) Device functional clock appears to be off. Power-cycle the board. If error persists, confirm configuration and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 5.1.180.0)

As JTAG I'm using XDS100v2 and the version of CCS is 5.4.0.00091

I tried with lower TCLK for JTAG but same result.

Any input?

Thanks for you reply,

I found out that the GEL files are not working correctly with higher OSs. So I need to unplug the SD card. Than I followed the steps from this tutorial and it worked.
