Hang on Suspend/Resume on device with Omap 3430 (WINCE)

Hi,

We are facing a issue where the device hangs after some 500+ suspend resume cycles. Basically the device suspends and before it resumes it hangs showing a blank screen. We are working on WINCE 6.5 with OMAP3430 and TWL4030 power chip.

We are not able to get any dumps/logs when the device hangs as this issue happens on one or 2 devices out of 10 devices(not necessarily on the same device) and are not able to suspect what could be the problem. We have got the retail build logs( which comes when RBLogger is run) which doesn't give any hints about the issue.

Could somebody in forum pls help us what approach to take to finding the root cause of this issue.
