Some errors occured when the C6678 is running in the -40℃.

Hi Chad,

We have some problems when our c6678 boards run in the -40℃. these errors just occurs when powered on.if it is OK at the begin.then it will be OK all the time .

The phenomenons are :

1. core0 is at the state of "exist",but othe cores are normal !Becouse in the end of program there is a "while(1)",so it is so weird and very abnormal.

2.most of times,core4 has run away.but just only core4.I wonder is there some bug with it.

we have checked all the power and CLK of the DSPs,and we have do out best to make them two better.Can you give us some suggestion about this .

There aren't any known issues for this. Is this only on one device or multiple devices that you're observing this? Did you try it at slightly warmer temps to see if/when it goes away?

What are you using to cool these to -40C?

How are you measuring them temp on these?
