Not sure if your question is a generic one or specific to a TI platform. If it is a generic question, you can easily find the download site by googling it. Usually, sourceforge site maintains the source code. If this is specific to a TI platform, then the platform info will be helpful. If it is for TI C6x family, you can find info at linux-c6x.org.

Linux-c6x is an embedded Linux for TI C60000 DSP. For ARM family AM335x, you may be able to use Linux, but I am not familiar with that chip and should let people in that group to answer the question.
