About INTD and AINTC on TCI6614, there are no details to explain how to use in Data Manual.

Now I want to implement a timer ISR to ARM CorePac, how to config them?

    TCI66xx devices such as TCI6614 are directly supported through your local field applications engineers (FAEs) and are not supported on the E2E forums.  Please contact your local FAE for support of these devices.  If you do not know who your local FAE is, then please contact your local TI field sales representative and they will be able to put you in contact with your local FAE.
