C6748 calculate time for 10k , 50k, 100k samples FFT

TI supports C674x DSP library packages in which you shall compute CPU cycle time for a N-point FFT. You shall download the DSPLIB package (dsplib_c674x_3_1_0_0) in the below link:

There are sample project examples provided in the package installation path as below:

Please refer the above path to run the complex FFT driver code which tests the kernel and reports the CPU cycle count measurements for a N-point FFT computation.
