Display delay while pluging cameras after unplug them

Hi everyone

There are 4 SDI cameras in my usecase, display work properly after power on,but when I unplug them, and then plug, display delay and become slow.

Simultaneously, HDMI output flick per few seconds, with messages printed below:

[m3vpss ] AVSYNC:WallTime IGNORE Unexpected Discontinuity.PrevTs[647986]/CurTs[648117]

 [m3vpss ] AVSYNC:WallTime IGNORE Unexpected Discontinuity.PrevTs[648182]/CurTs[648313]

 [m3vpss ] AVSYNC:WallTime IGNORE Unexpected Discontinuity.PrevTs[648509]/CurTs[648640]

What cause this issue, and how can I fix it?
