flashing xload to nand flash from uboot

Now the board can boot up with the nand flash, then i want flashing a new xload image into the flash from uboot command.but it can't work.here is my steps:

1. Make a x-load.bin image in ubuntu, just add some printf() function to indicate the change.

2. Signing the image by signGP tools into x-load.bin.fit.

3. Download the image to ddr memory in certen area, erase the flash, write flash, all complished with success.of cause, flashing area is 0x0~0x80000.

4. Re-Power the board,it can't work.

what's wrong?

I compared x-load.bin with x-load.bin.fit,which is signGP's product, they only have a bit different in the head of file by 8bytes.see the picture. Is the difference is right? I mean the translated file by signGP tool is right??
