SPI pin power configuration

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320C5515

I'm using a TMS320C5515 on  a custom board with several SPI peripherals hooked up. First off, I'm trying to determine what output impedance and drive capabilities the SPI CLK and SPI TX lines have. I haven't run across that in either SPRUFX5D or SPRS645E.

I'm also wondering there is a setting, similar to that system register Output Slew Rate Control Register (ODRCR, 0x1C16) that will allow me to ensure the SPI lines are set for maximum drive strength.

It appears there's a bit of capacitance on my traces that's causing me to be unable to talk to my slave devices (AD7665) at SPI clock frequencies above 10MHz. I wanted to make sure the SPI pins were not in some low power state and providing as much current as possible.

Thanks,

Adam
