Difference between Starter Kit and Evaluation Module

Hi,

I was wondering if someone can please explain what is the difference between starter kit and evaluation module.

Evaluation Module --> http://www.ti.com/tool/TMDXEVM3358

There is a big huge difference in price and what are other difference ? What is each one used for ?

    Please check the Hardware User's Guide for each board for the details. Some key features are:

    SK: 2x Gb Ethernet ports , USB JTAG, Zigbee Connector, Accelerometer, Linux, Android, Starterware

    EVM: Advanced Connectivity, UART (4), 10/100 Ethernet, CAN, Linux, Android, Starterware and WinCE.
