Set up procedure for DM816x EVM booting from NFS

We have DM816x EVM board and Ubuntu 10.04 running on VM. I could not find a step-by-step procedure how to setup and configure the EVM booting from host via NFS and tftpboot. I doubt TI do not have such a document. Just matter of whereabout in their info ocean. I know both target board and host need to be setup. I did it before on a small company's product with their detail document. It is not as simple as EZ Software Developers Guide says (p.3), the setup.sh takes care of the setting up. Right now, the EVM boots from SD fine. But boot from host is very crucial to our software development. Please help! I appreciate it.

Here's a start with setting up TFPT and DHCP. I haven't done this on the EVM, but I've had this working on 3730s before.
