Can TCP3D be used to decode CQI packet given by BCP.

Hi All,

            While going through BCP sprugz,I read that when CQI data is present over PUSCH, Output of BCP contains two packet. Out of those two packets first packet contains CQI data only. In the output data format shown for CQI packet, there is Turbo decoder Driver info also.Does that mean CQI data data can be decoded by

TCP3d ?

Or what is the need of TCP3D driver info in CQI packet.
