.Hi,

Actually I had created a post in E2E beta version, but I cannot find that post in this
new E2E version. I am reposting it here.

This was my querry:
What is the operating voltage of AM3517 GPMC,
the datasheet "SPRS550" page 93 provides Switching Characteristics for only 1.15V,1.0V and 0.9 V,
where can I find the Switching Characteristics for 3.3V.

I got the answer as below:
Those values are not available yet. Actually, those tables in the datasheet are a typo.
They should only describe 1.8V and 3.3V interfaces. 1.15, 1.0, and 0.9 are not valid I/O voltages for AM3517.

When can I expect the actuall values and details about the Switching Characteristics?

The answer you have sounds about right, I would only expect 1.8v and 3.3v operation, and that the timing values should be in a future release of the datasheet. Unfortunately I could not say when a newer release of the datasheet which would contain this would be available, probably within the next few months though.

Are you trying to interface to a particular device or are you looking for performance estimations?

Yes,for both NOR and NAND flash(with ext adapter),

for time being, is there any documents or reference guide to refer?
