DM365 vs. DM368 Production life

Is there any difference in planned production life between these two parts? We have a design starting with DM365 and need to get 5-7 years of life out of it.

Performance is not critical. Any speed-grade will work.

Jaden,

Our reliability expert returned to the office a couple of days ago, and we expect to have the full set of data available by the end of next week barring no setbacks. This data would be for the DM368 devices.
