If we are not using the LCD on DM365 can we delete Altera part completely?
NAND flash is obsolete from reference design, does TI have alternate source? MT29F16G08FAAWC from Micron?
Kind regards,

The role of the Altera CPLD is to provide a flexible evaluation system for supporting a number of functionalities. It is not necessarily critical to any particular application. A description of the role of the Altera CPLD can be found in the Technical Reference Manual for the EVMDM365 on Spectrum Digital's Support site.

The NAND flash devices supported by the RBL (ROM Boot Loader) is described in Table 113 of the TMS320DM36x Digital Media SoC ARM Subsystem User's Guide (SPRUFG5).
