Interfacing audio Codec with OMAP 3530.

Hi all

I am planning  using the audio codec of TPS 65950 for interfacing audio with OMAP 3530.

I am planning to use the main mic/sub mic of TPS 65950 for capturing audio input from analog microphone. The TRM of TPS  65950 says there is an analog anti aliasing filter in the path from mic/sub mic  to ADC of the codec. But I couldn't find detailed information  in the TRM or Detailed Design.

1.Pls tell me what are the specifications of the analog AA filter like the cut off frequency. And whether they are programmable

2. The Register settings for ALC requires lower and upper thresholds of the ALC in dB.

But what is the reference for the gain in dB.ie Is it with reference to maximum  input voltage that can be given to ADC  ? ie Does a  max

gain threshold -9 dB imply the output   of  ALC will be -9 dB from full

scale ADC output?

3. Is there a noise gate in the ALC ( for not amplifying inputs below  a

threshold)
