Hellow e2e forum,

A Japanese customer is asking about AM3517 pin connection.

The same signal name "ccdc_data8" is assgined to AD1 and AE6 pins with option 1 configuration

and the "ccdc_data9" also is assgined to AD6 and AE3 pins with option 1 configuration on the page 34

in the data sheet (SPRS550).

Can he connect either pin or both pins ?

    Hello Tadashi-san,

    This is correct.  The ccdc_data8 and ccdc_data9 signals con be configured for either ball.  As long as the ball is selected as mux mode 1.  So, it is possible to have ccdc_data8 on balls AD1 or AE6 and the same is true for ccdc_data9 on balls AD6 and AE3.
