dm365 h264vdec transplant

Hi：

I have a problem with the h264 decoder on the dm365 DVSDK2_10_01_08，now , I transplant h264 decoder  lib on the dm365 DVSDK4_0_2 into DVSDK2_10_01_08,

when I compile my program,   a problem is happened!

#DM365_ERROR: Failed to create video decoder: h264dec
