Need help with multich_encode_decode usecase DM8148

I am working with DM8148 RDK version 3.5.

My target is implementing decoder for IPNC DM8148.

+ I enabled EncA8Dec usecase and it worked well.

+ ARM Cotex A8 received data streaming via RTSP client.

Because I have just worked DM8148 RDK , so I don't know how to send those data streaming to decoder M3(Video). I use multich_encode_decode usecase demo in mcfw_api.

Could somebody help or give me information about how to approach to solve the problem?

I want to modify like this:

BITS OUT(A8)->BITS IN(VIDEOM3)->DEC(VIDEOM3)->FRAMES OUT(VIDEOM3)->FRAME IN(VPSSM3)-> MERGE(VPSSM3)->SW MOSAIC(VPSSM3)->DISPLAY(VPSSM3).

While the RTSPClient receive data streaming H264 from network on A8.
