We don't have this technology internally anymore since we executed the wireless handset business (and we never had 3G anyway).
I would recommend that you search for an independent stack vendor. Generally porting such stacks to a specific OS is not that difficult as they are often designed to have an OS abstraction layer. Unfortunately I don't know of any I can recommend.
Hi Nick,
When I went through the previous posts people say that ppp based examples were part of older NDK and now they are not. If I get the older NDK examples I can run ppp.
As per TI-RTOS we have TCP/IP stack is available, for 3G to use as a data path we need PPP over UART.
Thanks,
Vamshi G.
OK, now I think I understang your question better. You want to use PPP with a 2G/3G modum solution. I read it as you wanted to get a 2G/3G software stack from us.
The NDK does still support PPP. I'll find out about the examples.
I have confirmed that PPP is still in the product. We did remove the examples. To see the examples, you can download an older version of the NDK. These example won't necessarily work out of box with the new release but should show you how to use PPP as the NDK has not changed all that much. You can get some examples by downloading the NDK 2.00 from:
