All things being equal If changing from AM3352ZCZD72 to AM3352BZCZ80 what is the recommended OSC0 Crystal value 19.2MHz, 24MHz, 25MHz or 26MHz?

There are no differences in these two devices with respect to crystal frequency requirements. The primary difference in these two devices is the maximum operating frequency of the ARM Cortex-A8 processor which is sourced from the MPU PLL.
There are a few peripheral that have their clock sourced directly from the master oscillator (OSC0) so you should determine if you have any specific requirements for these peripherals to be sourced by one of the four supported crystal frequencies.

Please avoid 26 MHz, as in various places, it is mentioned in the manuals, that several clocks must be <= 25MHz.
Avoid 25 MHz if you have ethernet running, because 2 clocks at the same frequency will give you trouble with EMI compliance.
So most designs use 24MHz, and you will have less trouble if you use 24 MHz too.
