AM335x and DDR3/L Routing examples

Are there any routing examples using the AM335x and 2 8-bit DDR3/L SDRAMs in 6 layers? I have seen the Beagle Bone Black which uses 6-layers and DDR3 but it is 1 16-bit SDRAM. I would like to be able to use the full 1 GB addressability of the AM335X.

Hi Davey,

The AM335x devices datasheet (rev F) section 5.6.2.3 contains quite an elaborate guidelines for the routing.

Hi Vasili,

Can the AM335x support the twin die Micron DDR3L? It is the MT41K512M16.

It took me a couple of hours but it looks like I've come up with a methodology to get it done in 6-layers with two x8 DDR3L's.
