Not Sure I understand AM335X functionality limitations on each OPP

In my target I'm using AM3356BZCZA60, looking in SPRS717E –OCTOBER 2011–REVISED JANUARY 2013 here is my understanding:

1. It is possible to work at OPP100 at 275Mhz ARM(A8) and 200Mhz mDDR per tables 3-2 and 3-3

2. It is possible to work at OPP100 withEthernet MAC running at 10/100Mbps RMII

3. It is not possible to operate Ethernet MAC at OPP50 per page 114

4. It is possible to work at OPP100 with USB2 running at 480Mbps

Hi Yoni,

Your datasheet is Rev.E. The latest revision is Rev.F, where the OPP tables have been updated.

Please confirm my understanding :

1. It is not possible to operate Ethernet MAC at OPP50 , is this related to VDD_MPU or VDD_CORE or both ?

2 Is there additional llimitations when running OPP50 (like USB for example) ?

1. I think it's more related to the clock frequencies, but it's indeed not possible to use the Ethernet module at OPP50.

2. DDR3 memory is not supported on OPP50.

I am planning running with the 600Mhz ZCZ package version at VDD_MPU : OPP100 @ 300Mhz and VDD_CORE : OPP100 @ 200Mhz mDDR

Do you see issue with this OPP combination or the 100Mbps ethernet functionality

This is a valid combination for silicon revision 2.1, but not a valid combination for silicon revsion 1.0

I assume you plan to use silicon revision 2.1, but wanted to remind you OPP100 for silicon revision 1.0 is only 500MHz.
