I'm looking how I can convert.out file and to upload it by the serial port of the pc to the TMS320C6657 Evaluation board, and how to send the file by a terminal software.

The UART boot example is not part of the MCSDK yet but please refer to the UART boot example Arun has provided for the C6657 EVM on the e2e forum thread below:
