I tried the following u-boot commands.
>nand read 82000000 00889000 800
NAND read: device 0 offset 0x889000, size 0x800
NAND read from offset 889000 failed -117
Does this show that ECC correction was not able to be carried out?
The environment is as follows.
NAND Flash : micron's MT29F2G08
1-bit improper data is in the NAND address 0x00889000.
OOB is normal.
