Problem about DM6437 vlynq boot

Now I'm using the slave vlynq boot mode.I can write the data to the slave dsp and change the BOOTADDR,BOOTCMPLT register successfully.

But the slave dsp doesn't run.I want ask that which format  the code that i write to the slave dsp through vlynq is right?

I just use the ais tool to generate the data.hex,and conversion it to the .bin file.Is it the right process?
