How to prove peripherals on a BOC using CCS

Hi,

We are working on a BOC which contains AIF2, SGMII , Hyperlink and 10 GBE based on TCI6636K2H. We need tp prove the functioning of the peripherals on the BOC. I have the MCSDk installed on the PC. 

Which is the best way to accomplish the above task ? Using CCS or Linux.

The details in the MCSDK are too overwhelming. We prefer working on CCS based tests to prove the peripherals.

Please suggest how to go about doing this.
