How to config the clock for uPP?

How can I config the a clock for uPP as transmit clock?

I get the figure from spruhg9.pdf(for uPP), but it don't tell how to config it.

Thank you for your reply. I have read that example already, but still don't know how to config the clock in transmit mode.
