IDLE, CHARGE and STEP config register for Touchscreen controller

Hi,

While going over the AM335x TRM on the chapter 12 "Touchscreen Controller, I am a little confused with some of the register. In the touchscreen controller register, there are IDLE, CHARGE and STEP with separate config register for each. In each config register, where are related setting such as RFM, Channel, wpn/ypn/ynn/xnn and xno/ypp/xpp.

Can anyone explain in more detail on the definition of these settings?
