cann't set date on dvevm6446!!!!!!!!!!

I want  to change date of DVEVM6446 , so I put a CR2032 3.3V battery
 near the MSP430
, But I when I restart the DVEVM  after setting , it becomes:
        Sun Feb  1 02:20:58 UTC 2004
（my DVSDK is ：DVSDK_2_00_00_22,Was bought in September 2009）

my types is :
        root@192.168.0.15:/opt/installko# date -s 091219
Sat Dec 19 00:00:00 UTC 2009
root@192.168.0.15:/opt/installko# date
Sat Dec 19 00:00:03 UTC 2009
root@192.168.0.15:/opt/installko#

then  I reset the DVEVM
  Start over, I enter the date: it display:
Sun Feb  1 02:20:58 UTC 2004

I don't know why  Can you tell me ??thanks!!!!
