AM335x lifetime question

Hello,

I hava a confusion about the lifetime described in the datasheet table 3-11

" extended " lifetime is 37K hours, Is the 37K hours got by continuous added ?

if i power off after working 10K hours then power on again , does it can also work 37K ?

or just only 27K finally ? thanks

it is the total sum of the hours it was fully functional.

So the whole work time of the AM335x in "Extend" is 37K ,

no matter of whether it will power off during the working process ,is it ?

and in other words, after 37K hours ,the MCU maybe work abnormal?

Sorry if I was not clear.

Here is an example:

Device working 8 hours per day (power on) x 5 days per week = 40 hours per week

37,000/40 hours per week = 17.78 years (considering 52 weeks per year).
