Strange problem on DM6467

Hi,

I 'm doing a H.264 decoder on DM6467 EVM, But sometimes my program can run more than 70 hours, sometimes it can only run sevral minutes, because the linux system is dead. and at that time, the output video of adv7179 is some stranger color Bars。Can someone tell me why? Thank you in advance .

This could be due to any number of things, from a video driver problem, to an application problem, to hardware instability. With your description it is hard to say what could be going wrong, do you get any error messages output on the terminal when the crash happens? Assuming you are running with Codec Engine have you tried enabling additional debug information with CE_DEBUG?

Thank you for your kindly answer. But there is no error message when the crash happens, and that is why I don't know what happened.

Yes，I have used it, but it was too much and I can not see any thing unusal. I will keep on looking for what have happened, thank you again.

montavista 5.0
dvsdk 2.0
dm6467
gstreamer 0.10.21.

and i am using command line:

dm6467 crashing with out any error messages.i dont figure out what problem

Hi,

I'm Thierno, for my project, i work with a DM6467

I'm waiting for my DM6467 evaluation board.
I wonder if you could view the video stream coming from the camera IP?
I am a bit lost at the moment, I watched the DM6467's starter guide but I found no information to display a stream or multiple streams from IP cameras.
need a web server built in DSP display the feed?
is that you can give me comprehensive steps to implement all this?
I am user of matlab / simulink and want to know if you're already doing the tracking people? Have you already worked with VLIB?

C code to send to the DSP must be compiled into the ARM is here?
