I have to reproduce stereo sound with headsets, ¿this tools supports audio reproduction without having the MSP-EXP430G2 LaunchPad Kit ?

Yes. The BoosterPack includes a MSP430G2553 Value Line Microcontroller pre-programmed with the ACTBP host demo application allows users to control volume, select song titles and record and playback audio files.
