How to config Micron DDR3 for 6614 board

Hi experts:

I am now confusing with DDR initialization for my own board 6614. The type of the DDR is Micron  MT41K128M16JT-125IT. 

I want to modify the code of ddr init part from TCI6614.gel and have no idea how to modify them.

I think I should modify :

  DDR_SDRFC       
  DDR_SDTIM1   
  DDR_SDTIM2   
  DDR_SDTIM3   
  DDR_SDCFG    
  DDR_SDRFC  

and these: 

  DATA0_WRLVL_INIT_RATIO 
  DATA1_WRLVL_INIT_RATIO 
  DATA2_WRLVL_INIT_RATIO

  However I can't get enough infomation from Mircon's DDR3L SDRAM document to calculate all those registers.Can you guys who have experience with DDR configuration help me specify those registers?

    TCI66xx devices are only supported through Field Applications Engineers (FAEs.)  These devices are not supported on the E2E forum.  Please contact your local FAE for support of TCI6614.  If you do not know who your local FAE is then please contact your local field sales and they would be happy to put you in contact with your local FAE.
