Availability of reference source code for DM368

I have a camera based on DM368 (BlackVue DR500GW-HD) and shell access to it.  The manufacturer apparently has based their code on the IPNC reference code.  I'm looking into the possibilities to write my own software for this camera.  Is the IPNC reference source code freely available anywhere?

    Steinar,

    The current working model is that you need to first buy one reference design from the reference design partner Appro (www.appropho.com). Once you buy one reference camera the software release as well as all successive releases are made available to you freely.

    I suggest you also talk to a TI field apps engineer if possible.
