If i have manufactured a fresh board having AM3359 & DDR3 and NOR flash. How should I proceed to download uboot, kernel & OS? OS is ubuntu / angstrom

The software download page for Sitare is here:

http://www.ti.com/tool/linuxezsdk-sitara choose SDK for your processor. U-Boot, kernel and Linux are Included in SDK package.

Documentation you can find on product page:

And a lot of usefull stuff in the wiki pages:

User guides for U-Boot, kernel, OS and SW and HW are available there.
