audio capture problem

Hi, we use DM8168, RDK4.0 and AIC3101.

I use the demo of usecase AUDIO_CAPTURE, write the capture data to PCM fime, use MediaCoder to play, it is not normal just fast.

I set the capture sampleRate to 16K.

I use aplay to play the capture PCM file, if the sampleRate is 16, the audio is not normal just fast.

If the sampleRate is 8, the audio is relatively but a little slow.

What's the problem? Anybody help me?

Is it TVP5158 audio capture? DVR RDK demo capture parameters are - 16K sample rate, mono & 16bit samples.

Ensure that you are using correct parameters for playback.

I want to use AIC3101 for capture, so I set enableTVP5158 to false.

I use the cmd as following:

aplay -D hw:0,1 -r 16000 -c 2 -f s16_LE /opt/demo.pcm.

The file of demo.pcm is the data of capture.

The capture sampleRate is 16K.

If I set -r to 16K, it can not play normally.

If I set -r to 8K, it plays slowly.

Default configuration is for single channel. Hence -c 2 option is not valid. You can test this by using arecord & aplay.

You can change configuration parameters to capture stereo input.
