Where is AM335 GP diagnostics?

it references am335x_gp_idk_evm_Diagnostics.zip. But a search for this file in the Starterware folder fails to locate the file. Where can I download this file? I have 2.00.00.07 of the Starterware.

At the end of that Wiki page there is a download for http://processors.wiki.ti.com/images/6/66/Am335x_gp_idk_diagnostic_binaries.zip which looks to have the required binary executables. I can't seem to find the source code for these diagnostic programs.

I'd like to customize to the diagnostics code for our board w/c is based on the GP EVM, but uses DDR3. The GP EVM uses DDR2. Basically, I'm using the diagnostics code as a starting point. It would be helpful to get the source code.

I don't know if this will be of help to you, but there is a Starter Kit diagnostic package with sources available. The AM335X Starter Kit has DDR3. Here is a link to the SK diagnostic package: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/AM335x_Starter_Kit_Diagnostics#Software
