AM335x SK & WEC 2013 app dev

Recently picked up a AM335x starter kit with the intentions of developing .net cf and xaml apps to test on it.

I am familiar with developing .net apps targetting wince6.0 R3 etc so I would plug in my dev platform via usb to VS2005 and away I go developing and debugging.

is this different on vs2012?

So my setup is win 7 64bit, vs2012 update 3 with application builder installed. I am not bulding wec2013 OS, just want to develop aps targetting wec2013.

My am335x sk OS is from Adeneo Embedded, prepped my micro-sd card as per their instuctions, wec 2013 boots up into command prompt shell, using usb keyboard plugged in the SK I can interact with command prompt processor etc. all is good there.

when I go to plug in the SK to my win 7 dev machine, 2 USB entries show up....(using the micro-usb port on the usb)

EVM-SK\XDS100v2
EVM-SK\XDS100v2

....and the SK's microsd card shows up as a removable H drive, and the contents of that drive are exactly what I loaded on it, MLO, nk.bin and ebootsd.nb0

now, what drivers am I missing?
And, how do I get my SK to talk to my VS2012 so I can do application deployment and debugging.

googling for xds100v2 seems like its an onboard jtag device.....I dont think I need jtag for deploying my application and debugging on this kit, I think I need some sort of an activesync like connectivity to my vs2012 unless I am way out to lunch about application dev for wec2013 etc.

if someone can be kind enough to share their experiences as to what I should be doing next to get on with app dev for wec2013 that would be much appreciated.

thanks.
