DM365 run 1080P

hi  i wana use DM365  300MHZ  to  run  1080p/20

but the video input from sensor is  1080/30

the video output ,  some frame lost. 

my question is :  does  DM365 can  capture 1080P/30 or not ?  and only the encode is 1080P/20 is ok?

in this case ,   did i need to set my sensor output  at 1080p/20? ?

    I think ARM frequency is limiting factor here.
