MT48LC32M16A2 memory for TMS320C6713

We use TMS320C6713 (200MHz) and EMIF Clock = 100 MHz with MT48LC32M16A2 memory.

 

Unfortunately, this memory will obsolete at 2014.

 

Could you suggest another memory with the same footprint if possible ?
